Neuropsychological Risks and Deficits experienced by the individual child can lead to Life-course Persistent Anti-social behaviors including; juvenile delinquency and crime, but Neuropsychological risks & deficits can also be managed/controlled with adequate interventions before the child reaches adulthood.
